They have special cleaning agents that will effectively remove dirt and even sticky residue, and the agents won't cause harm to the coils at all. The HVAC contractor that comes out can also inspect other components around the condenser coils while they're around this area, making sure everything looks to be in great condition.

Poor Drainage From the Drain Line

The drain line is designed to direct water away that's created by your AC unit. If this line becomes clogged, then the drain pan can fill up and then cause a lot of water damage in a quick period of time. That's why it's so important you hire a HVAC contractor the moment you realize this line is clogged. The contractor can send down a special device to break through whatever is causing the clog. Water will then be able to move freely through this line and water damage won't be something weighing heavily on your mind anymore.

The AC unit in your home will not always work great. That doesn't mean you have to perform drastic measures and buy a new AC unit. The only thing you have to do is find a competent HVAC contractor, who can troubleshoot a wide variety of issues. They'll figure out a reasonable solution that saves you future headaches and money.
